Pybus Bistro was featured in the Winemakers' journal in March of 2014 with a very complimentary article written by Rick Steigmeyer.
Mr. Steigmeyer wrote, "We needn't have worried. Every item we had this year —appetizer, salad, entre, dessert— was among the best we found at 14 local restaurants we reviewed this year. We had great food and service at many restaurants this year, but we all agreed that Pybus Bistro provided us with our best overall dining experience."
