Thank you for visiting our web page. Pybus Bistro is a small locally owned restaurant serving French food with a Pacific Northwest influence. We put a great deal of energy into keeping the integrity of our food by sourcing as much as we can locally as well as making everything in house, from scratch.

Frank St. Dennis

After working entry level kitchen positions throughout college, Frank decided to take his culinary pursuits more seriously and enrolled in culinary school in Portland Oregon. He attended The Western Culinary Institute. From there his travels took him to Santa Monica, California and eventually back to the Pacific Northwest where he worked in Seattle. He earned his first head chef job a few years later at Vin Du Lac Winery in Chelan. He remained there until an opportunity arose to open Pybus Bistro with his future wife.

Michelle St. Dennis

Growing up in and around restaurants Michelle always enjoyed the culinary arts. It wasn't till after high school she decided to pursue this passion. She moved to Seattle to attend culinary school but instead was thrust into the restaurant world where she quickly moved up the culinary ladder. She worked as sous chef for a couple years and later as a baker.  She then joined Frank at Vin Du Lac and later they opened Pybus Bistro.

We look forward to having the opportunity to provide great food and a relaxing environment to all of our patrons. Welcome to our restaurant, a true labor of love!
